Landlords under fire as renters face rocketing costs

Renters are spending an average of $30 more on rent each week compared to a year ago. 

The National Party says it is a far greater rate of increase than under the previous Government when rents rose by an average of $13 a year. Is the current government to blame, or is it natural market conditions?

We also discuss whether or not Kiwibuild homes are being built in the right areas? This is after major backlash from new properties being built in Marfell (New Plymouth) which are $100,000 more than market value.
