There are concerns about the level of non-disclosure agreements being signed by staff in Parliament, as bullying claims continue to circle.Â
37 staff have reportedly left Parliament since Christmas last year. The reports of bullying amongst staff has reached such a level that Speaker Trevor Mallard ordered an inquiry last year.

Lorna Subritzky and Shane Te Pou joined Francesca Rudkin to discuss whether Parliament should be held to account over these allegations, as well as the other big topics of the week.Â
