The writing of one of our most loved theatre figures, playwright Sir Roger Hall, is set to hit the stage again in 2020.
A career that spans over 50 years, Sir Roger’s name is on over 40 pieces of work across theatre and television.
He organised the first New Zealand Writers Week and was also behind the introduction of New Zealand Theatre Month.
For his contribution and achievement, he received a knighthood in this year’s Queens Birthday Honours.
His new show is Winding Up and it will have its World Premiere in Auckland in February, before travelling to Hawke’s Bay, Hamilton, New Plymouth and Tauranga in March.
