1 cup plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
3/4 cup trim milk
2 tbsp oil for frying
4 apples, peeled cored and sliced across the centre
Sift flour and combine with the sugar and salt. Add egg and gradually whisk in the milk. Stand in the fridge for at least an hour.
Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and lay 2 slices of apple down and cook for 2 minutes a low heat either side until golden. Pour in the pancake mix in batches over the apple (1/4 cup of mix makes one pancake) after 2 minutes turn and cook for a further 2 minutes
Stack up onto a plate and drizzle with a little salted honey
Hot salted Honey
3 tbsp honey
Pinch of sea salt
Place the ingredient into a small pot and bring to a simmer. Serve hot over your apple pancakes!
