New Zealanders don't seem to have been put off a cruise holiday despite the coronavirus outbreak.

Five of six New Zealanders who were on the Diamond Princess Cruise are in quarantine in Whangaparāoa.

One is in isolation in a North shore hospital because of an unrelated health condition, but all have tested negative for COVID-19.

The four New Zealanders who were originally on board remain in Japan, but two have now completed their quarantine period.

Hundreds of people were stuck on the cruise ship due to an outbreak of the disease onboard.

However, travel blogger Megan Singleton says that a poll she conducted with her followers found that the majority are still open to cruising.

She joined Andrew Dickens to discuss the case and what you need to know to stay healthy while on board.
