Anyone with an interest in health or alcohol knows that this month is Dry July - an annual event designed to get people to curb how much they drink.
However, this year it is being positioned as 'Dry-ish July', acknowledging just how difficult it is for people to cut out alcohol entirely.Â
It also comes after lockdown, where many people turned to alcohol to help get them trough the stress.
