At the end of summer when that first nip is in the air, it marks the start of cold and flu season.
Anytime the season's change brings on cold and flu symptoms - your body must acclimate to new temperatures, weather conditions, and spending more time inside.

On average, each of us will get around 200 colds in a lifetime. Adults average about 2 to 4 colds a year. Children have about 6 to 10 colds a year.

Tips to naturally boost your immune system and overcome colds.

Erin is the co-founder, director, Naturopath and Yoga Teacher at Golden Yogi.  She holds a bachelor of science (physiology) and a bachelor or natural medicine. She joined Francesca Rudkin to share her advice.
