New Warriors coach Nathan Brown has his feet under the desk at Mount Smart Stadium.
Brown got out of his two weeks managed quarantine over the weekend before beginning his tenure at the club on Monday.
He says there's a handful of new coaches across the competition like him, who have set out with the same goal.
"The one common goal that we would all have is that we want to be at the club for an extended period, and over an extended period, everyone wants to win."
Speaking to D'Arcy Waldegrave, Brown says it time will tell if supporters can have faith in him.Â
"The thing I would like to achieve in the Warriors is help them to become a consistent finals team, that's the number one thing I'd like to achieve."
