National Party leader Simon Bridges is standing his ground in saying the Christchurch Call will achieve nothing.
He told Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern she's wasting her time meeting the likes of Twitter boss Jack Dorsey, who has discussed stamping out live-streaming of terrorism.
Bridges says he doesn't think anything will change, and Ardern should be focusing on issues like health and housing.
He told Mike Hosking all it will give people, is a warm glow.
"There will be clapping and world leaders saying what a great thing they are doing.
"Twitter and Facebook and others will all be saying how wonderful it is, but I am very cynical about it."
