Australian cricket legend Shane Warne is widely known as one of the greatest cricketers of all time. He was the first bowler to take 700 test wickets, and is known for "the ball of the century".
But following on from his retirement, the former leg spin bowler has remained in the limelight.
Warne's life and career has been filled with controversy, with bans for drug use and countless tabloid stories about his personal life.Â
The current TV commentator told Mike Hosking his new book, No Spin, addresses the rumours and tabloid lies that have followed his career.
"Perception doesn't always equal reality, the media has a responsibility to be accurate, not being the first to publish. It's not fair to make things up, over the years I have found the Australian press to be the worst, the personal attacks are not nice to deal with at all.
