Ross Taylor intends for his test career to continue after hitting the winning runs in New Zealand's World Test Championship cricket final victory over India in Southampton.
The 37-year-old's now played 108 tests and could eclipse record holder Daniel Vettori's 112 for the Blackcaps next summer.
However, Taylor told Mike Hosking he's given the retirement question serious consideration over a bottle of red.
“There’s a little bit of a story there, I went to buy some a few years ago and the winemaker said ‘sorry but Steven Spielberg has just bought the last 11 dozen.”
