Speaking to Mike Hosking, Police Minister Stuart Nash refutes claims the 'say yes to the test' is a 'political campaign around election time.'
"This is not a political campaign. There is no doubt about that."
National's Mark Mitchell agrees.
"I think that's it's genuine. We have to keep testing, we're not out of the woods yet."
