Australia is going after online trolls, but it won't be easy catching them.Â
The country is introducing laws this week to crack down on abuse and bullying on social media.Â
Online platforms will be forced to reveal the identity of trolls who post defamatory or damaging material anonymously.Â
Gorilla Technology Chief Executive Paul Spain told Mike Hosking it's hard to determine whether a user is in Australia.Â
He says it's based on a user's IP address.Â
But Spain says people can easily get one that makes it look like they're overseas, and they can continue their trolling.Â
