If you've gotten this far through the year without breaking your new year’s resolution, then you're ahead of the pack.

The 12th of January is known as 'Quitters Day'. Researchers have found it's the day when most of us break our new year's resolutions.

Life coach Kris de Jong joined Tim Dower to discuss why people tend to give up so early, and what we can do to make them stick.
