Harry and Megan and their families have spent part of the day at Windsor Castle for a wedding rehearsal.
Thousands of members of the public have been filling the streets nearby, causing traffic jams and some frustration for locals simply trying to get around town.
Lord Mayor of Windsor John Lenton told Mike Hosking it's a big event - but not as high as other royal occasions.
"Clearly it is not as big as the coronation or anything involving the Queen. Prince Harry is the sixth in line for the throne and the crowd comes corresponding lower than the first in line for the throne."
