US Correspondent Richard Arnold joins Mike Hosking to talk about the latest around US President Donald Trump's potential impeachment and Kane West's religious endeavours.

Alexander Vindman, an official who heard a call between US President Donald Trump and Ukraine's president says he was concerned by the conversation and is testifying at the impeachment hearings.

He has told Congress he twice reported objections to pressure he felt Trump was putting on Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden.

Arnold says Vindman is a hard witness to dismiss.

"He's a former infantry officer who got the purple heart, he has four army commendation medals, two defence meritory service medals."

Elsewhere Kanye West appeared at the Lakewood Church in Houston alongside celebrity pastor Joel Osteen.

West says all he does now is in service of God, calling Jesus Christ "the only superstar".
