The Health Minister says the Government is continuing to take an extremely cautious approach to coronavirus.
Up to 11 New Zealanders are due to be evacuated from the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Yokohama later today.
They'll be on board a Qantas flight to Darwin with about 200 Australians.
The Kiwis will then be transferred to the Whangaparaoa evacuation centre, where 157 Wuhan evacuees are due to be released today.
Health Minister David Clark told Mike Hosking the Government is taking things one step at a time and acting on the latest medical advice.
Clark says the current travel restrictions to China are also based on the latest medical advice.
