Floating Farm business partner Minke Van Wingerdem joins Mike Hosking to talk about the world's first floating farm.

32 cows have been welcomed onto the farm in Rotterdam

The farm recycles and upcycles biomass from the city into dairy products, with a transparent design that allows the urban population to see he process of dairy farming.

Van Wingerdem says the farm is uniquely structured with three layers, and is very transparent and high tech.

She says it is 27 by 27 metres in size.
