Young people entering the workforce are looking for a well-paying job, with meaningful work.
A new survey of 16 to 25-year-olds in 12 countries has found they avoid workplaces with bad online reviews and visibly unhappy employees.
But they will stay with businesses with good managers and sufficient paid time off.
Kronos managing director Charlie DeWitt told Mike Hosking Gen Zers want work to be both financially and personally rewarding.
"They want to make sure that what they are doing has some sort of meaning, contributes value to the customers, or just in the sense of self worth."
