The Justice Minister says one post-divorce deal that's up for discussion could create complications.
The Law Commission has come up with more than 100 recommendations, which include re-considering how property is split and income is shared after a separation.

Andrew Little told Mike Hosking the matter of partners sharing their income for a period after they split up, looks complex.
He says trying to set up a payment regime that lasts five-years could be difficult, considering the emotional factor involved.
"We will be looking closely at whether there should be more fairness around splitting assets.
Little says there are more marriages now with people bringing significant assets in.
