Radio Sport Cricket analyst Andrew Alderson and Gerrard Walsh, member of the London New Zealand cricket club both join Mike Hosking for immediate reaction after the Cricket World Cup final at Lord's.

England came away with victory over the Black Caps in dramatic fashion. Tied after the super over, the hosts were handed victory based on hitting more boundaries.

Alderson says it would've been great to see the match keep going after the first super over.

But he says at the end of the day there can only be one winner.

"There will only be one name inscribed on that cup, and it's part of the beauty and the beast of sport in you have to be able to accept those losses."

Meanwhile Walsh says he's immensely proud of what the Black Caps achieved.
