Investigations into the developer of Christchurch's CTV building will now pick up where they left off.
The High Court has decided today Engineering New Zealand can still discipline developer Alan Reay - despite his resigning as a member.
His firm designed the Canterbury Television Building where 115 people died when it collapsed after the 2011 earthquake.
Chief executive Susan Freeman-Greene told Larry Williams this gives them the opportunity to reopen their complaint.
"No one I can think of is happy with how it played out, rules could certainly change because of it."
