Grant Robertson says the Government remains committed to investigating petrol companies over high prices at the pump.

The latest report from Statistic New Zealand shows that the fuel prices for the September quarter rose, leading to rising transport costs for businesses.

Robertson told Larry Williams that prices have dropped since then.

The Finance Minister says that businesses were still making money even with the high prices.

"They've come off their peak, and I think we're going to continue to see businesses be able to grow."
