The world's newest royal could be raised in Africa.

Prince Harry and Meghan are considering moving abroad following the birth of their first child, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The report states the two are looking for a 'bespoke' international role as they seek out their place in the Royal family. The two apparently want to make the most of their royal roles and have a positive impact on the Commonwealth. 

However, royal commentator Victoria Arbiter told Heather du Plessis-Allan that the story has been blown out of proportion. 

"In the absence of any concrete evidence, people tend to just speculate on it." 

She says that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be looking to take on greater royal duties, and the royal family doesn't want to repeat the mistakes of the past of leaving royals with nothing to do. 

"Prince Andrew was sort of left flailing after leaving the Royal Navy. Princess Margaret didn't really have a significant direction to go with her royal work." 

Arbiter says that a move makes sense for the young couple. 

"The possibility of spending three to four months there early in their marriage, where they are afforded privacy from the constant scrutiny of the British press, and a platform to do good, that strikes me as a win-win." 

Despite reports of a spat between Prince Harry and Prince William, Arbiter does not believe that William has "banished" his brother.

Instead, she believes that the Palace wants to use the two royals to help promote "Brand Britian". 

"They are recognising how popular this couple is, and are thinking how they can harness this." 

The Palace did not deny speculation of a move when it was put to them by British media. 

A spokesman for the Sussexes said: "Any future plans for the duke and duchess are speculative at this stage. No decisions have been taken about future roles.

"The duke will continue to fulfil his role as Commonwealth Youth Ambassador."

The Sussex's baby is due any day now in what is a busy week for the royal family.

The Queen celebrated her 93rd birthday over the weekend, and Prince Louis turned one, an occasion marked with newly released photos of the toddler.
