State border closures are continuing to cause heartache across the Tasman.

New South Wales has opened its border to Victoria this morning, after the state went more than three weeks without a new case of Covid 19.

But Victoria is still yet to open its border to South Australia after the recent outbreak in Adelaide.

Longer-term border problems continue to be an issue, as Queensland's premier Annastacia Palaszczuk’s continues to keep the state's borders closed to large parts of Sydney.

Western Australia is also closed to most of the country, requiring 28 days of no community transmission before reopening them.
