Covid-19 virus cases are beginning to rise again in Victoria, as critics continue to target state Premier Daniel Andrews for failing to ease restrictions.

Australian correspondent Murray Olds told Heather du Plessis-Allan everything is turning into a "joke".
"You've got mental health problems going through the roof, you've got business leader saying 'can you get your hand off the handbrake you idiot', but Andrew is terrified, I'm not sure exactly of what."
But Mr Olds concedes there is a minor "hiccup" in regards to case numbers.
"You've got about 500 people in isolation this afternoon, you've got a couple of schools that have closed."
A year five student tested positive after failing to self-isolate having been labelled a close contact, which is sparking fears of a widespread outbreak.
