Employers might be asking their staff not to travel ... to protect their business's health. 

Workers are reporting bosses strongly discouraged them travelling out of their region – because of the threat of Omicron. 

People are permitted to travel around the country, for any reason, at all traffic light settings.  

Employment Expert Max Whitehead told Heather du Plessis Allan employers have to have an eye to the future. 

“Now that means planning, that means gathering information. That’s how some employers do very, very well because they’ve taken the time to analyse, work it out, see the gaps, move quickly before it actually happens.”
