Marriage expert Steven Dromgool joins Mike Yardley to talk about the falling marriage rates
Marriage rates have reached a new low point since they peaked in 1971.

Dromgool says he isn't surprised by the plummeting rates.
He say the trends been there for a while, and it comes down to people not willing to take that next phase of commitment which has both positive and negative sides.
