One of Newstalk ZB’s fellow radio stations will be going silent tomorrow.

You'd expect a radio station to be full of chatter, but for one day, Radio Hauraki will be going silent.

It's all part of a campaign to encourage men to open up about their struggles and issues.

Drive host Leigh Hart and content director Mike Lane joined Heather du Plessis-Allan to discuss what sparked the change.
