A new study from the University of Auckland may make you pull a U-turn out of the drive-thru tonight.
New research shows one combo meal provides an entire day’s energy in just one sitting.
Lead researcher Dr Sally Mackay told Heather du Plessis-Allan to go for the smaller sizes if you like burgers.
“You can have a pretty similar combo that has a smaller burger, small or regular fries, choose your soft drink without sugar, and skip the dessert. And you’ll probably have a third less calories.”
