Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Santana, Janis Joplin: it's 50 years since they all played at the world's most famous festival - Woodstock.

With about 400,000 festival goers and radio announcements to tell people to stop coming, it was either the greatest party or one hell of a disaster whichever way you choose to look at it.

Uzzle joined Heather du Plessis-Allan to discuss how the photo came to be and what the atmosphere at Woodstock was really like.
