New Zealand's primary industries believe its unrealistic to replace all migrant workers with unemployed Kiwis.
With the borders still shut due to Covid-19 restrictions, the flow of overseas workers have come to a halt.
Fonterra CEO Miles Hurrell told Heather Du Plessis-Allan there are pockets of the industry hiring Kiwis but not enough.
"We're talking to the Government, we'd like to see a bit of relaxation to ensure we could get those workers through."
