Barfoot and Thompson General Manager Sam Arnold joins Mike Yardley to talk about accommodation for international guests at the next America's Cup in Auckland.

International guests planning to attend the America's Cup are already looking for places to stay.

Barfoot and Thompson are looking to lease premium properties near the Waitemata Harbour on behalf of the clients during the period.

Arnold says the properties would be available for six months, and understands that may be a stretch for residents to part with their properties for such a long time.

"That's why we're coming out and asking for people. Although that said w were quite pleasantly surprised , we've already had over 100 expressions of interest."
