Accusation company profiting off Maori design without consent

A copyright stoush has erupted over a piece of inflatable children's play equipment. 

Amanda Van Gorp claims she created a tekoteko design, that The Madd Fun Company then used on a bouncy castle. 

Gorp told Heather du Plessis-Allan they didn't get permission to use it. 

She argued the company is profiting off her design without consent.
