A justice lobby group says the buck stops with Kelvin Davis when it comes to the Waikeria Prison riots.
The Corrections Minister's managed to get approval for one-point-three-five million dollars, to compensate prisoners and staff for belongings destroyed in a fire during the riots.

“Him and Andrew Little campaigned strongly on fixing a broken justice and corrections system and they’ve done nothing.”
