The European Union is upset at President Donald Trump for increasing sanctions against Iran.
The US President has warned countries that trade with Iran will not be trading with the US anymore and has re-imposed strict sanctions on the country.
The EU has quickly come out against the tweet, telling countries to continue trading with Iran, vowing to protect them legally.
Future of Iran Initiative director Barbara Slavin told Kate Hawkesby European negotiators started the path that led to the nuclear agreement in 2015.
" They're (Iran) are considered very important on the world stage for reasons of national security."
