Resistance to online voting is growing, amid concern over election tampering.

A study out of the US says pen-and-paper voting is still the safest method, as digital data could be manipulated by hackers.

The report comes amid ongoing fears over Russian meddling.

Michael McRobbie, from Indiana University, was involved in the study and spoke to Tim Dower.

"At the moment we do not believe there is any internet-based form of voting that is not subject to attack."
