A first-of-its-kind phone application has been developed with the aim of curbing compulsive gambling behaviour.Â
Its aim is to reduce or stop the high number of New Zealanders with gambling additions.
Gayl Humphrey is the study lead from the National Institute for Health Innovation (NIHI) at the University of Auckland.
She joined Kate Hawkesby to explain how the new app works.
