New Zealander's are again being warned to be on guard around Anzac Day services.
Around the country, 60 events have been cancelled so police can better guard the remaining events in the wake of the Christchurch attacks.
Despite the cancellations, police said in a statement it "has the necessary resourcing to support a large number of Anzac Day events," throughout the country.
Security and terrorism expert Chris Kumeora told Tim Dower we need to be vigilant before, during and after Anzac Day ceremonies.
He says intelligence and police will be looking at this quite closely and will be looking at those who have come up on the radar before and after March 15.
"There hasn't been a complete squash of Anzac Day, but there has been are minimising of events across the country and in areas where there may be an increased risk factor.
"Police are doing above and beyond what's required to ensure the safety of everyone attending the services."
