ACT's Deputy Leader says the party will be focused on holding the incoming government to account.
In 2017, the party received just 13,000 votes - this year it was around 200,000.
On those numbers, nine new MPs will join David Seymour in parliament.
Number two, Brooke Van Velden told Kate Hawkesby they're going to be a party of opposition and proposition. Â
"Not only are they going to be asking the hard questions of whoever forms the next government, whether it be Labour or Labour and the Greens, but they'll also put forward their own ideas."
Van Velden says she's barely had a day off during the campaign.
She says they've been going up and down the country for months talking to people - and says they'll provide them with a strong voice.
