Brianne West founded the brand seven years ago, in her kitchen, when she made four shampoo bars and one conditioner bar.
Nowadays, Ethique turns over more than $10 million a year, and remains on a mission to rid the cosmetic world of plastic bottles.
The company has come up with a new approach to meet that aim.
