Today on Newstalk ZB Canterbury Mornings, John MacDonald spoke to Mayor Lianne Dalziel about the over sixties unit in Burwood which has changed its status to allow tenants of all ages. Which could mean a rent increase of up to $120 per week for some residents.Â
