In the US, Boston authorities say an 18-year-old has died after a house exploded, sending a chimney crashing into his car.
At least six others are injured and hundreds have been evacuated, after dozens of explosions in towns near the Massachusetts capital, thought to be caused by a problem with a gas main.
Power and gas are being shut down to prevent further explosions.
Lawrence is one of the towns affected.
Mayor Dan Rivera says there's been a lot of confusion.
"We did have multiple fires, multiple explosions during the day our firefighters have been supported by tonnes of mutual aid from communities I have yet to realise."
