Winston Peters has refused to answer questions about his legal action against government agencies, saying the matter is before the court.
The New Zealand First leader is suing a range of parties, including the Ministry of Social Development and the State Services Commissioner, for alleged breach of privacy, over the leaking of details of his superannuation payment.
This comes just days before he'll be taking over as Acting Prime Minister.
But Peters wouldn't comment on the action because of sub judice rules.
