Advance voting starts today in the Mt Roskill by-election.
Labour's Michael Wood, National's Parmjeet Parmar and People's Party leader Roshan Nauhria are fighting it out for the seat vacated by newly-appointed Auckland Mayor Phil Goff.
The Electoral Commission says there will be provide around 25 voting places across the Mt Roskill electorate, which is one of New Zealand’s smallest in geographical size.
It includes the suburbs of Lynfield, Waikowhai, Hillsborough, Royal Oak, Three Kings, Mount Roskill and Wesley - as well as parts of Sandringham, Balmoral, Oranga and One Tree Hill.
The by-election will take place on December 3rd.
