An Australian woman is striving to be the fastest woman to run the length of New Zealand.
Lucy Clark is 50 days into her endeavour on the Te Araroa trail and is aiming to beat the current record of 77 days.
Today she's at Arthurs Pass, and is expecting to get to Bluff by mid-January.
Lucy Clark told Tim Dower the trail's full of variety, including have to avoid vehicles when running on our main roads.
However, Clark says it's all worth it being able to run through New Zealand's scenery.
