With so many people off over the next few weeks, the temptation may be to 'binge-sleep' to catch up on all that sleep you missed out on throughout the year.

However, scientists and professionals are divided on whether or not a lengthy summer sleep-in is good for you or not.

Naturopath Erin O'Hara joined Francesca Rudkin to discuss the research behind sleep, her sleep recommendations, and to answer listeners calls on the matter.
