People are dumping rubbish, human waste and even sleeping in clothing bins across the Waikato region, creating havoc for bin owners.

Look Smart Clothing have more than 50 bins across the region.

Owner Danny Wisnewski isn't happy.

"Just the rubbish that's in the bins or around the bins - that's the problem," he says

"It tends to be large furniture, basically everything that comes out of a house has been dumped beside the bins."
