The annual chocolate carnival is underway in Dunedin.
The seven-day festival for all things chocolate started with a fireworks display last night.
More than 50 events are scheduled for the festival, including a wearable art show featuring chocolate wrappers and foils, and the famous Jaffa race down Baldwin Street.
