Police are hunting for three men after aggravated robberies in Pokeno and Huntly.

Just before 5pm, three men assaulted a worker at the Pokeno Supermarket on Great South Road, taking cash and merchandise.

They fled in a stolen green Toyota Camry, registration number AAJ634.

Then at 6pm, the same three men carried out a similar robbery at the Hakanoa Street Dairy in Huntly.

Police describe them as two chubby Maori and a taller fair-skinned man.

Police would like to hear from anyone with relevant information.
